1A Equalizer by Audified

Audified has released a new plugin called 1A Equalizer.

Pultec

1A Equalizer has been modeled after the legendary Pultec EQP-1A, a hardware equalizer introduced in the 1950s.
One of the standout features of this eq is that it allows to boost and cut the same frequency at the same time, resulting in an exciting and potentially very pleasing effect.
Typically the Pultec eq also adds pleasant vintage collaboration to the overall sound making it a much sought-after tool for mixing and mastering engineers.

Audified’s Version

Audified has done a very good job with the creation of their version of this equalizer, the sound is very good and they also added a few nice features to the interface.
As opposed to some other modulations, this version of the Pultec eq comes with mid/side processing options, it also comes with a calibration knob that allows us to dial in some saturation and Audified has also added a nice vintage style meter that shows how much saturation is being added to the sound.
